Returns and Exchanges
Every purchase from Classic Alaska Trading Company is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us by mail or any of our locations and an exchange or refund of the original purchase price will be issued.
1. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you do not have your original invoice please include a letter with your name, address, phone number, and the reason for the return.
2. Please specify if you would like a return or an exchange. If you are exchanging please include the item, size, and color needed.
3. Securely package products and mail to:

All in-stock orders will be shipped within 72 hours of the order being received. Although we strive to ship the same day, please allow 3 to 6 days to receive your items that are in stock. Backordered items will ship when we receive them. Classic Alaska Trading Co. ships orders by USPS priority mail. Shipments may also be sent UPS or FedEx upon customer request. Please call if you would like a specific carrier. Prices listed are for USPS priority mail within the United States. Prices will vary if a different carrier is chosen.
International shipping is calculated per order and is based on actual weight of the final order. Please call us 1-800-478-3458 for a shipping quote.
Classic Alaska Trading Co. offers COD (collect on delivery) to customers within the state of Alaska. COD orders must not exceed $700.00. Any orders shipped COD will be charged the following fees for this service:
1. Postal Service COD fee
2. Postage for shipping the package
3. $10.00 handling fee
All COD orders must be collected and paid for within 30 days of notification. Any orders not picked up will be returned to Classic Alaska Trading Co. and the shipping and COD fees will be charged to customers account.
